The team of HK&P split in three parts: 1) the two board members, who run HK&P International, which operates all country offices. 2) all country offices are run by a Management Team of three; the country manager (also director), a director and a non-executive director (board member – CEO). The country managers manage their team of people which they select and develop themselves, supported by the governance, guidelines and principles set by HK&P International.

David Haverman – COO
All round Operations and Change expert since 1995, dynamic pragmatist with good communication skills and in-depth detailed industry knowledge, acting on all levels within the client’s organization. Experience from projects and line functions within APG AM, ING IM, Headwaters Capital and various clearing brokers and proprietary trading firms.
